Virtuosity IT Ltd is a Data Controller of the merchant's data. A merchant is our client who has opted to register for the ShopIntegrator ecommerce software to host their online store and whom have chosen to accept our terms and conditions when registering for a ShopIntegrator account.
Virtuosity IT Ltd processes personal information to enable it as an intermediary to faciliate the merchant's online store customer order data collection; promote its services; manage its accounts and records and in the support and management of its employees.

Merchant's personal data will be held by Virtuosity IT Ltd whilst you maintain an active account. Once you deactivate your ShopIntegrator account, your personal data will be deleted within one year of your account deactivation date.

Virtuosity IT Ltd processes personal information of the merchant's customer to enable it as an intermediary for the merchant to collect and process customer order details for the merchant to operate their online store; allowing the merchant to process and fulfill the order submitted by the customer.
