Order Management
The order manager allows you to review the details of your customer orders, such as the order costs, delivery details, ordered items, discount codes used. For items with attached electronic content you may also see a customers activity in downloading their purchased files.
If you are using multiple Payment Gateways, you have the advantage of seeing all of your orders from different payment gateways in one central location.

Order Event: Enable HTTP POST of Completed Order Data to Your Own Server URL
ShopIntegrator will relay completed order information to your own server in an HTTP POST so you may perform what ever additional processing you wish. Maybe you want to automatically register your customers with your website and send them an email from your own domain name? The choice is yours!
Customer Download Controls
If you are selling downloadable electronic content, you may control the time period that your customers are granted in order to download their purchased file(s) from your ecommerceExpress Customer Download Portal website. Also, set the maximum number of downloads per purchased file. Once the allowed download period has passed or the customer has reached the maximum number of file downloads, they will no longer be able to download their purchased files and will see the reason that they have exceeded their download limit.
Discount Codes
The Customer Discount Manager allows you to set up discount codes which enable customers to reduce their order cost in a variety of ways. You may create and manage a set of different discount codes and issue these codes to customers or groups of customers as you wish.
During the customer checkout process, the customer has the opportunity to enter a single discount code which will reduce their shopping basket order cost in the way you have specified on the discount.
- Money Off Total Order Cost : Allows you to specify a fixed amount that will reduce the cost of items and shipping in a shoppers basket/cart.
- Order Percentage Cost Reduction : Allows you to specify a percentage value that will reduce the cost of items in a shoppers basket/cart by that percentage amount. You decide if the discount should apply to:
- Just the product costs in an order and not the shipping costs
- Just the shipping costs for an order and not the product costs
- Both product and shipping costs
